HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON?
Not far at all! We’re only about a 10-minute drive from downtown Charleston. Our central location makes our property convenient to other areas such as John’s Island and Folly Beach.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our office hours are 10:00-4:00 p.m. Call us or stop by anytime between those hours and our friendly staff will be happy to help you with any of your self storage needs.
WHAT ARE YOUR ACCESS HOURS?
Our facility offers full access during daylight hours. In the interest of security, after dark we require a call or text to 843-302-5250 to alert us that you plan to visit the facility.
DO YOU HAVE DRIVE-UP ACCESS?
Yes. No need to fret over hauling your things all around our facility. Simply drive right up to your storage unit and load or unload. You’ll save time.
WILL MY THINGS BE SAFE AT JAMES ISLAND STORAGE?
Certainly! We take the security of your belongings seriously. We have gated entry and a fence that surrounds the facility. We also have 12 surveillance cameras that keep watch day and night, so your belongings will be safe and sound!
